Automation systems for drug dosing facilitate control

In the trend of industry 4.0, new technologies have arrived in the dosing system

Process automation is increasingly present in livestock and the dosage of           in feed and water is no different. The automated process brings more precision and safety at the time of addition and also in the handling of medications.

Reinaldo Silva, director of the company Tecnobio, explains that the main benefit to the producer knows that the medicine is being dosed in the correct quantity, easy to use, quick installation, low maintenance. "The main importance is the correct dosage of medication, as it is proportional to the flow rate, it does not depend on drag", he added.

Silva says that in the trend of industry 4.0, new technologies have arrived at the dosing system “Automation with automatic chlorine control systems, via the Web with reports for Quality control. Meeting CIF requirements”, exemplified the director.
