September 08,2020 - The prevention of Salmonellosis in broilers through vaccination
Eduardo Muniz, Zoetis Technical Services manager, global leader in animal health, highlights that genetically modified live vaccines, especially, can be a useful and safe tool to control Salmonella in birds. This is because the benefit of protection through vaccination applies to both breeding and commercial birds.
In 2018 during AveSui the XVII Scientific Technical Seminar on Poultry and Swine dedicated an exclusive panel on the prevention of Salmonellosis.

September, 01st 2020 - Multifactorial approach to promote the efficiency of feed conversion in swine
Feed Conversion is a measure of animal productivity that is defined by total feed consumption, divided by its average weight. The two direct indices that have the greatest influence on the cost of production are, without a doubt, the average weight and feed conversion. Some factors are decisive for obtaining better results, among them are: temperature, ventilation, feed quality, water quality, good production practices, among others. In 2018, during AveSui, the XVII Scientific Technical Seminar on Poultry and Swine, the speaker Caio Abércio Silva spoke about the topic of Food conversion.
